Q. What is the maximum cash that can be placed on a bet at the kiosk?
A. The maximum cash allowed on a bet at the kiosk is $2,999.
Q. Where do I go if my bet exceeds the maximum at the kiosk?
A. All bets $3,000 and over must be made at Players Club/Cage designated sports
wagering transaction windows.
Q. How long are winning tickets valid?
A. All winning tickets will be valid 365 days from the conclusion of the event.
Q. Where do I redeem winning tickets for cash?
A. All winning tickets with a ‘To Win’ amount greater than $3,000 must be taken to Players Club/Cage designated sports wagering transaction windows for redemption (cash out).
Q. Where do I redeem a cash voucher?
A. All vouchers must be redeemed at Players Club/Cage designated sports wagering transaction windows.
Q. How long are cash vouchers valid?
A. All vouchers expire 365 days from the date of issuance.
Q. What are the Race & Sports Book hours?
A. Monday to Wednesday 10 AM to 2AM; Thursday to Saturday 8AM to 2AM and Sunday 8AM to 2AM
Q. What is the maximum potential payout allowed at the kiosk?
A. All bets placed at kiosk that could exceed $250,000 ‘To Win’ are not allowed and must be placed at Players Club/Cage designated sports wagering transaction windows.
Q. How are winnings taxed?
A. Wins of $600 or greater with a bet of at least 300 times the wager are taxable. Taxable wins will be taxed at a 3% state tax and at a 24% federal tax.
Q. Can winning tickets be redeemed at the kiosk?
A. All winning tickets with a ‘To Win’ amount less than $599.99 will be allowed for redemption at the kiosk and the amount won will be transferred to the kiosk for play or voucher cash out. To redeem for cash out the voucher must be taken to Players Club/Cage designated sports wagering transaction windows.
Q. Can winning tickets be redeemed by mail?
A. Winning tickets of $3,000 or more must be redeemed in person. Winning tickets under $3,000 may be redeemed by mail within one year of the conclusion of the event. Write your name and return address on the reverse of ticket, include a copy of valid identification, and mail to:
